Biography
Edward S. Hill has more than 40 years of experience representing individuals and entities in real property transactions and development and land use matters, lending and secured transactions, condominiums and common interest community formation and operation. He also provides business organizations and operations, alternative dispute resolution, expert witness and real estate consulting services.
Mr. Hill is a partner of the Cheshire, Connecticut law firm of Cappalli & Hill, LLC. Before that he was a partner and real estate section leader at Robinson & Cole LLP, a Hartford, Connecticut based regional law firm (over 200 lawyers), and managing partner and real estate and lending section leader of a leading Waterbury, Connecticut law firm (Gager & Peterson).
